Before introducing a product, it needs to be registered on the appropriate platforms in order to be able to market it. Our colleagues help with the preparation of registrations and documentation required for domestic and international markets.

In all cases, the production of cosmetic products is carried out under controlled conditions (according to Cosmetic GMP) and exactly based on the recipes. We constantly maintain and develop our machines. We always use purified and controlled water for the products in order to ensure maximum quality and safety.
QUALITY CONTROL
In accordance with ISO and Cosmetic GMP, we prepare the necessary laboratory tests for each production batch. Furthermore, during the first production of each product, we establish the quality requirements, which we later check for each item, and we observe the material even in the case of the smallest error/difference, and if necessary, we repair it immediately. We prepare quality documentation related to production.
PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL EXAMINATION
We subject each batch of production to different physical loads and observe whether the physical and chemical characteristics of the product remain unchanged. In case of deviation, we will repair the product. The products are subjected to an organoleptic test, where the color, smell and homogeneity are determined by visual inspection. We carry out a cold and hot thermal stability test, thus ensuring that the quality is maintained even at different storage temperatures. We measure the pH and consistency of the product.
MICROBIOLOGICAL TEST
In our microbiological laboratory, we carry out cosmetic purity tests, which are used to detect and examine bacteria and fungi in connection with each production batch according to our own method based on cosmetic standards. This is how we prevent a product from being placed on the market in which the Total Germ and Fungi count is above the health and cosmetic limit.
WRAPPING
If required, we can undertake the procurement of several domestic and international packaging materials. If necessary, we undertake not only the purchase of bottles, jars, and tubes, but also the production of stickers. We can also help with the purchase of special packaging materials
TRANSPORT
Our company also has its own supplier, so we can even deliver the finished goods to the warehouses. For numerous pallet orders, we have a delivery partner.
