OUR ACTIVITY
Our company produces both its own products and its own branded products produced on private label. Private label manufacturing represents the majority of our activity. We are present on the domestic and neighboring Eastern European markets with two of our own product lines - marketed under the brands Petra and Cosmedic - which we sell in reference trade units, on the Internet, and through wholesalers. At the site in Péteri, we have machinery suitable for the economic production of series of 200 to 50,000 pieces, where the series size naturally depends on the packaging of the final product. The wide range of products produced at the plant consists of a combination of hundreds of raw materials and packaging units. The plant produces an average of 10-15 tons of cosmetic products per month (150-200 tons per year), nearly 70% of which is water, and the amount of raw and active ingredients used is 30-50 tons. The monitoring of the products is ensured, as the plant has an audited ISO9001 and ISO22716 (cosmetic GMP) quality management system, as well as a NATRUE and ECOCERT audit certifying the production of natural cosmetics. The package includes 4 semi-automatic dosing machines, an automatic tube filling machine and 4 types of labeling machines. All manufactured items are subject to quality control.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
From the beginning, we have been motivated by an unchanging goal to serve our customers with the highest possible quality and the greatest possible flexibility. While our company has been growing for years, hiring new employees, expanding the area of the plant and training the next layer of middle management, this one thing has never changed. After all, we know that our growth is also due to the fact that our customers are present, trust us and can count on us. That is why we try to maintain our initial flexibility and always adapt to the customer's needs. Our product development and production do not follow a single scheme. We know that each customer comes from a different industry, with a different goal and emphasis. Someone has a specific idea about everything and even puts the cap on the bottle himself, so we only manufacture the specific product, after jointly agreed development, while we help others even from developing the product concept, choosing and purchasing the packaging material. In addition, it is important that we do not have less important customers. The "little ones" are just as important to us as the "big ones". There is not one brand on the market that has grown alongside us and can count on us from the beginning.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
During our work, we strive to be considerate of our environment and our future. We feel that, like all companies, we have an important part to play for sustainability and society. That is why we manage hazardous waste in accordance with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. We reuse the barrels used to store the finished products as often as possible, naturally after appropriate disinfection. If required, we take back the barrels from our partners so that no unnecessary plastic waste is generated. We provide our employees with the opportunity to come to work in a company car, picking each other up on the way, thus saving unnecessarily used fuel.

The needs of our partners always come first for us, so we create the desired cosmetic products for everyone according to their own requests. From the very beginning, we pay attention to our partner's requests, so from the writing of the recipe to the packaging, we always keep the main goals in mind. All partners are equally important to us, whether small or large, old or new, returning or emerging. Regardless of how many of our services you use. In order to serve our customers quickly, we can also offer ready-made recipes to those who do not necessarily want to start the product development process. No matter what area or problem it is, we can almost certainly offer a well-proven, functional ready-made product for it. And for the sake of completeness, we are constantly expanding our services and our team.
